Policies

Like all other Anglican churches and congregations in Melbourne, All Saints is governed by the requirements of the Parish Governance Act 2013. We also observe all Diocesan and governmental requirements with regard to safety, including child and family safety and professional standards of conduct. Our local Mission Action Plan expresses our aims and guides our actions in serving God and the community around us. Our Health and Safety Booklet is a set of guidelines for the safe use of our buildings and facilities – all community members and facility users must be familiar with this. Other local policies include privacy policy and policy governing the interment of ashes.

Safe Ministry

Parish leaders and volunteers are required to abide by the Safe Ministry Policy and other requirements of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne. You can find these, along with other key policies and information about safe ministry here.

Health and safety

Health and safety

Health and Safety guidelines ensure that our buildings and grounds are used in a safe way, and any risks are identified and managed. All members of the community and other users of the site, such as hirers of facilities, must read and abide by the guidelines.

COVID-Safe Plan

In addition to general Health and Safety guidelines, All Saints has a COVID-Safe Plan aligned with Victorian public health requirements. This covers all aspects of the safe use of our buildings during the current pandemic and ensures that all services and activities are conducted in a way that will prevent the spread of infection.
